Marine Inert Gas Blanketing
Nitrogen and other gases are frequently used as a blanket to protect flammable cargoes and avoid oxidation of various metals. This can be to avoid spoilage or, more crucially combustion or explosion. To optimise the use of the blanketing gas and to ensure that the critical oxygen level is not exceeded, monitoring with an oxygen analyser is frequently required. The analyser used is determined by a number of factors - concentration to be monitored, location, speed of response required etc.
The G1010 oxygen analyzer uses a galvanic oxygen cell to measure oxygen over an exceptional dynamic range of 100% to 0.1ppm in a variety of gases ... view more
The Z4010 portable oxygen analyser measures a wide range of oxygen concentrations from percentage levels to less than ppm in clean nonreactive gas mixtures ... view more
