(MAP) Food Gas Packaging

Modified Atmosphere Packaging or MAP is a technique for extending the storage life of certain foods and other perishable goods. Every product has its own ideal atmosphere and it's important that they are carefully monitored to avoid early, and possibly dangerous, degradation.
