Hitech Instruments range of zirconia oxygen analysers just got even better! The new Z130 rack mount analyser is the latest addition to the 30 series family of analysers. This already comprises the Z1030 panel mount and the robust Z230 bench top instruments.
New electronics are combined with an extensive knowledge base of zirconia sensor manufacture. Dedicated software, supplied on CD and included free of charge, allows the user true PC control capability. Readings, setting of output and calibration can all be done remotely. All achieved by a fully bi-directional RS232 port.
The rack mount, integral sensor configuration of the Z130 allows several instruments to be housed in one analyser cabinet. The Z1030 has a remote sensor for versatility, whilst the Z230 is a robust unit with a carry handle making it ideal for multi-site use. All feature the Hitech manufactured zirconia sensor with very fast response and low warm-up time. Each analyser is supplied complete and ready to use – tube fittings, valves, flowmeter, sensor – everything you need in the basic price.
Typical applications include nitrogen generators, purge gas soldering systems, air separations and glove boxes. However the technical support engineers at Hitech are always ready to offer advice and solutions for new applications.
Hitech realise that the analysis is only as good as the sample presented to the sensors. Different sampling conditioning accessories and options are available including an integral pump, a choice of filters according to the application and a fast flow system.
