We're Moving!

Hitech are pleased to announce that they will be moving into prestigious, new purpose built premises alongside their parent company MTL. The building is in the final stages of being fitted out and MTL will move in first followed by Hitech in early May. “This was a great opportunity which came just at the time we needed to expand,” explained John Gass, Managing Director, “continued double digit growth meant that we would have had to look for new premises in 2009 anyway. The chance to work more closely with MTL was one we were keen to accept”. Hitech will benefit from being able to merge some ‘back office’ functions with MTL with resulting efficiency gains. “We are looking forward to accessing the expertise and knowledge base of MTL as we develop a suite of new products for hazardous area applications” added Harvey Podgorney, Design Manager. The building is on a new business park on the edge of Luton within 5 miles of the both Hitech and MTL’s existing premises.

Hitech and MTL are part of Cooper Crouse-Hinds, a Cooper Industries company.
