Hitech Instruments are a specialist manufacturer of gas analysers and all our products are made in the UK. As an alternative to expensive and time consuming chromatography, Hitech can measure certain gases in real time.
Amongst our range you will find:
Workplace gas monitors for oxygen depletion, a necessary requirement for cryogenic facilities, MRI scanner rooms and other labs that use large quantities of non-toxic gas that may lead to oxygen levels becoming low.
Toxic gas monitors for areas with hazardous gases such as chlorine, hydrogen sulphide, sulphur dioxide and others. Flammable gas monitor for LEL levels of methane and other gases.
The established (and comparatively inexpensive) option for hydrogen analysis is thermal conductivity. The K850 is a straightforward benchtop instrument. Alternatively the KG850 allows both oxygen and hydrogen measurement in the same instrument. Thermal conductivity is also a good method for analysis of helium, xenon, krypton, argon and sulphur hexafluoride amongst others.
For food and other modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) applications Hitech make a range of bench and portable instruments.
Methane measurement is a requirement of many biogas and landfill applications. Hitech make a single parameter instrument and also specialise in multi-parameter monitors to include oxygen, carbon dioxide and/or hydrogen sulphide.
There is a wide range of oxygen analysers using zirconia or galvanic cell technology enabling oxygen measurement in a variety of atmospheres and at ppm to % levels. The G810 represents the simplest option.
